Core Dump File

Whenever any application service like Repository service, Data Integration Service etc., are terminated or stopped abnormally in Linux/UNIX environments, it generates a core file which is an image of the process’s memory when the crash happened. Since core file is not in a human readable format, we need stack trace on the core file to analyze the root cause of the issue.

The core files are by default stored in $INFA_HOME/server/bin directory
